Full Dentures

Full dentures are acrylic dentures used in cases of all teeth loss which regains the function of mouth and are supported by upper and lower jaw bone and the vacuum provided by saliva.

Depending on the melt occurs in the jaw bone, the adhesiveness of dentures may reduce over time and needs to be replaced.

İmplant-Supported Full Dentures

Implant-supported prostheses are being currently implemented inorder to increase the level of bonding of full dentures. For this purpose, two implants at least and special holders are placed to prevent movement of implants during everyday functions.

Partial Dentures

In presence of a large number of missing teeth and in cases when fixed bridge prostheses can not be done, detachable partial dentures are applied.

Partial dentures are consist of metal substructure, acrylic superstructure in gum’s color and artificial tooth.

Partialdentures can cling to permanent teeth by anchors or by using precision holders hidden into crowns in supporting teeth.

Immediate Dentures

These are full or partial prosthesis applied immediately after implant surgery or tooth extraction, for the patient to wait more comfortable until the denture production process ends.

MetalSub-Structured Porcelain Crown Dentures

In cases where over material loss is observed because of decay or fracture which can not be compensated by filling, this kind of surfacing dentures are used to increase the resistance against chewing forces and fix the appearance.

For  this purpose, porcelain crowns reinforced withmetal substructure which are prepared inthe laboratory are implemented tooth surface by means of a special adhesive agents.

MetalSub-Structured Porcelain Bridge Prostheses

In the presence of one or more missing teeth, bridge prostheses are used which are applied by the support of front and rear adjacent teeth of edentulousarea so as to compensate the functional and visual needs.

Teeth adjacent toedentulous area are dimensionally reduced and after fitting trials the denture is placed on these teeth.

Full Ceramic Crown and Bridge Dentures Without Metal Support

In this type of dentures, so as to increasethe durability of porcelain crowns and bridges, reinforced ceramic sub-structures are used instead of metal substructure.

Today, the zirconia-reinforced ceramic restorations isthe most popular system.

Full ceramic prosthesishas a light transmittance to be similar to natural teeth and fits with surrounding tissues, so more natural results can be taken in comparison to metal-supported restorations which leads to a dull appearance due to block light exhibition and a darkline at the level of the gums due to allergic reactions.

Implant Dentures

Implants are  small screws to replace missing teeth. A part of the implantis placed in the tooth like a root and after a healing period for bone fusion, the smaller upper part is placed on the body of implant.

The test are done on the upper part which can beseen in the mouth and by adhering porcelain veneers the tooth loss iscorrected.

Implants can be made without touching adjacent teeth in case of one or more tooth loss. In the absence of all teeth, fixed porcelain bridges applied on dental implants and bondingis strengthened by using implants have special holders.

Ceramic Laminates

Ceramic laminates are the ceramic leaves which are appliedto the front surface of the teeth after etching. For this purpose, 0.3 – 0.7 mmof tissue is removed from the tooth surface and prepared lamina adhered to the tooth surface after necessary checks.

Ceramic laminates are ideal treatment option in presence of minor anomalies where orthodontic treatment is not required, gaps between teeth, discoloration can not be solved by whitening, surface anomalies, shape, formand size irregularities.

Laminate Composite Crowns (AdhesiveSystem – Bonding)

Composite laminates, like laminates, are additionsapplied to tooth surface to correct shape, form and size irregularities.

The material used is composite filling materials different than porcelain laminates.

Minimum or no removalof tissue on tooth surface, not requiring anesthesia, implementing in a single sessionand being economical are the main advantages of composite laminates.

Smile Design

Smile design, as well as the appearance of teeth, gums and surrounding tissues, such as bone surroundingthe tooth smile reveals the influence. The objective of Smile Design is to create restorations closest to natural lip shape and face form. For this purpose, the best smile fit to patient must be composed by consultation of jaw surgeon and bone specialist and porcelain or composite lamina, metal all-ceramic crowns and implant are applied when necessary.

Denture Repairs

Dentures has to be renewed over time depending on the useage, but the minor problems of dentures can be corrected by a simple laboratory procedure.

These procedures are; fully broken dentures or repair of partially cracked dentures, hook repair of removable dentures, supply and acrylic teeth repair of full or removable dentures, small-sized porcelain fractures occurring in crown and bridge prosthesis.

Temporary Dentures

The removal of enamel layers of the dimensionally reduced teeth for the purpose to implement Crown-Bridge Dentures may cause short-term sensitivity based pains when in contact with hot and cold and non-aesthetic apperance. In order to make our patients comfortable during the waiting period of denture production process, acrylic temporary veneers are bonded onto the tooth by desensitizing agents in the session tooth is reducted. Thereby a treatment process without visual problems and pain is experienced. No extra charge is required.

Joint Treatment

Joint treatment is applied to cure, joint pain, muscle pain, tooth surface wear, warm-cold sensitivity, pain and visual problems related to teeth grinding habit and teeth gnashing over time.

Depending on the level of joint problems, from simple to complex treatment processes are, transparent dental plaques, symptomatic drug treatments, orthodontic treatments, surgical and prosthetic treatments.
